About the event
How the day unfolds
Come in, collect your custom EASOW-branded coconut, and meet the girls you’ll be sharing the morning with. Whether you arrive with a friend or on your own, there’s a place for you here.
We’ll begin with 45 minutes of EASOW Signature Pilates, rooted in movement and gratitude, followed by guided breathwork and a sound bath to slow down and settle into yourself.
Afterwards, matcha lattes are on the house. Enjoy light bites, get to know the women around you, and explore our wellness vendors at your own pace. Try wellness shots from Fat Mermaid and Vital Proteins, or take a quiet moment for self-guided meditation in our red light room.
Visit our complimentary bloom bar and choose flowers to take home, because girls deserve flowers every day. We’ll have professional photography throughout to capture the morning, the friendships, and all the little moments in between.
